Effective September 8, 2026. Gatewell USA is the component sourcing and fulfillment business of Gatewell Group LLC, 811 W 7th Street, Suite 900, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

When you send a request list, we collect the company details, contact details, delivery address and part list you enter. When you call us, we collect the number you call from and a transcript and summary of the call. When you text us, we collect your mobile number and the message.

We use this information to review your request, verify your company as required by US export regulations, prepare a quote, fulfill an order and keep the records that those regulations require us to keep for five years.

If you ask us to text you, we send messages about your request only: the link to the request page, a note that your request was received, and a note that your quote was emailed. Message frequency varies with your request and is typically one to three messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email requests@gatewellusa.com. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share your information only with the service providers that run our site, telephone, messaging and email systems, with authorized distributors and carriers as needed to fulfill an order, and with government agencies where export regulations require it. We do not sell personal information.
