Terms of sale
These terms apply to every quote, proforma invoice and shipment.
On every quote and proforma
Prices are in US dollars and are valid for 7 calendar days from the date shown. Incoterms 2020 [DAP or FCA, named place]. First orders are paid 100% in advance by wire transfer. The purchase order goes to the distributor once the funds clear. Bank charges are for the account of the buyer. Lead time runs from the date funds clear.
Delivery
- DAP to the buyer's city. We ship by express air courier, insured, to the address the buyer names
- FCA 811 W 7th Street, Suite 900, Los Angeles, California. The buyer's carrier or forwarder collects the goods
- Under FCA the buyer names its carrier or forwarder and sends the booking details before the goods are released
- Under FCA the buyer's carrier or forwarder files the US export declaration. Our commercial invoice carries the export data it needs
- Under FCA risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the buyer's carrier
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance at destination are for the account of the buyer
Payment
- A new buyer prepays the first order 100 percent in advance
- After the first order, the deposit covers landed cost and the balance is due on delivery confirmation
- Wire and ACH accepted; other arrangements by written agreement
- The distributor purchase order is placed once the funds have cleared
- If the buyer refuses delivery or does not clear customs, all carrier charges are for the account of the buyer. They are deducted before any refund

Consent to this program is given for this program alone: on the request form by ticking the optional text-updates box, on a call when you ask for the link to the request page or to the AI Compute section and give the number to text, or by texting us first. It is not bundled into any other agreement and is not a condition of any purchase. The exact wording used in each case is published at gatewellusa.com/sms. Gatewell USA sends text messages only to buyers who have given that consent. Messages concern your request only: the link to the request page or to the AI Compute section, receipt of your request, and notice that your quote was emailed. Frequency varies and is typically one to three messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or email requests@gatewellusa.com. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
Supply and inspection
- Parts are sourced to order from authorized US distributors
- A provenance pack ships with every lot
- Parts that arrive wrong, damaged or defective are replaced or refunded
- An order can be cancelled until we place it with the distributor
