What the quote should show
A Fortinet quote should name each SKU, the FortiGuard bundle or a la carte services, the FortiCare level and the term in months. Fortinet's bundles are Enterprise Protection, Unified Threat Protection, Advanced Threat Protection and SD-WAN. All bundles include FortiCare Premium by default. An add-on SKU lifts a bundle to Elite. The quote should also state the FortiCloud account each device registers to and how long its figures hold.
Registration and replacement
Fortinet requires an active FortiCare Premium or Elite license registered on a device before its premium RMA add-ons apply. Registration in your own account keeps that record with your company.
