Every line is bought from authorized US distribution against your order. The security, networking, server and processor lines also sit behind the makers' partner programs. Licenses and support contracts register to your company's own accounts with the maker.
Volume
Trays, racks and fleets go on one purchase order, one invoice and one delivery schedule. A tray of DIMMs, a rack of servers and three years of FortiCare can share a single quote.
Fast and plain
A quote comes back within one business day, with firm figures line by line and a stated validity. Payment terms vary by account, with flexible options offered for approved purchasers. Every figure arrives on a written quote.

Memory and CPUs by the tray
DDR5 RDIMM from 16 to 128 GB, MRDIMM for Intel Xeon 6, DDR4 RDIMM for installed fleets and enterprise NVMe in U.2, E1.S and E3.S. Intel Xeon 6 and AMD EPYC 9005 processors. Every line is quoted by maker part number and count. See server memory and compute.
Servers, storage and networking by the rack
Lenovo ThinkSystem, Supermicro and Cisco UCS servers, configured to order. Cisco Catalyst, Meraki and Nexus switching with optics, plus FortiSwitch. Racks are quoted to your configuration, line by line. See compute and networking.
Security and licensing
Fortinet FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager with FortiCare and FortiGuard. Cisco Secure Firewall and Meraki MX. Every license registers to your own FortiCloud account, Cisco Smart Account or Meraki dashboard organization. Each one is re-quoted 90 days before it lapses. See security and licenses and renewals.
How a volume order runs
- Requirement. Send part numbers or models, counts, the deployment location and a target date. A spreadsheet or a configurator export works.
- Quote within one business day. Firm figures line by line, the lead time for each line and the date the quote holds to.
- Payment terms by account. Terms vary by account, with flexible options offered for approved purchasers, paid by wire or ACH.
- Delivery from authorized distribution. Servers, appliances and licenses are registered to your company, so the maker's warranty and support run to you.
