How ordering works

Every figure arrives on a written quote. The quote states its validity, the lead time for each line and the payment terms.

Quotes

A quote comes back within one business day with firm figures line by line. Every quote states the period it holds. A quote accepted inside that period holds its figures. Prices for memory and processors move with the market.

A volume order runs on one purchase order, one invoice and one delivery schedule. Deal registration is used wherever the maker's program offers it.

Lead times

Lead time is quoted per line on the day of the quote.

Payment

  • Terms vary by account, with flexible options offered for approved purchasers
  • Wire or ACH

NCNR lines

Some lines are sold by the distributor as non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR). Those lines carry the same terms to you. The quote marks each one before you order.

Licenses and warranties

Licenses, subscriptions and support contracts register to your company's own FortiCloud account, Cisco Smart Account or Meraki dashboard organization. Servers and appliances carry the maker's warranty, registered to your company. Each license sold here is re-quoted 90 days before it lapses.

Export

We ship to any destination under all US export control requirements once the end user is identified and the order conforms to US export rules. Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's.

Delivery papers

Every delivery carries a commercial invoice, a packing list and a delivery note.

Sales tax

California sales tax applies to goods delivered within California. Delivery charges carry no sales tax.
