Fortinet sells FortiGuard services as bundles or a la carte. Every FortiGuard bundle includes FortiCare Premium, with 24x7x365 support and a one-hour response on critical issues. An add-on SKU lifts any bundle to Elite. FortiCare Elite responds to P1 and P2 issues within 15 minutes. Devices, licenses and support contracts register to your FortiCloud account.

Deal registration and renewals
Deal registration is used wherever the maker's program offers it. Every license and support contract sold here is re-quoted 90 days before it lapses. Contracts bought elsewhere join the same schedule through the renewals desk.
