The rules Fortinet products fall under
Fortinet states that its products and technology are controlled under the US Export Administration Regulations. US export controls apply to Fortinet hardware, software and technology alike. Many Fortinet products contain strong encryption.
Fortinet requires partners, distributors and customers who re-export to follow both US re-export rules and their own country's export rules.
What the order needs

- The company name and delivery address
Import at destination
Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's. Fortinet notes that some jurisdictions require an import license or other government authorization for encryption products.
