Who files the export paperwork, and what is the end-user statement I am asked to sign?

You sign one document on your side. It is an end-user and deliver-to statement, on your own letterhead, one for every order. It says who is using the parts and where they are being delivered.
What we file, and when
Electronic Export Information goes in on every export, on every order. The filing is ours to make on the US side.
The citation is issued before departure and reaches the carrier before the shipment moves. Tracking and documents go to you the day it moves.
Every part is classified on its orderable part number before a quote is issued. A family name is not a classification. Package variants of one base part can carry different classifications. That work is done before you are quoted, so what has to be filed is known before you order.
When a line requires a US export license, we file for it and quote it subject to approval. Ask us.
The statement you sign
The end-user and deliver-to statement is short. It goes on your own letterhead. It names your company as the user of the parts. It names your own premises as the delivery address. It carries a short end-use certification, which states what the parts will be used for.
One statement covers one order and is signed with that order.
Who you are, checked at the start and every month
Before your first quote we verify the company. That means the registered name and registration, owners and parents, your website, what you make or repair, the premises the parts will be delivered to, your trade licence and two references. Payment comes from the buyer's own account in the buyer's country.
Buyers are screened at onboarding and again every month. The end-user statement and the delivery statement on letterhead stay on file with the rest of it.
What travels with the shipment
The commercial invoice, grouped by tariff line. The packing list. The certificates from the provenance pack. The export filing citation. Tracking on the day the shipment moves.
Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are yours. We supply the documents the entry is made from and we do not act on your side of the border.

What does the end-user statement actually say?
That your company is the user of the parts, that the delivery address is your own premises, and what the parts are for. The end-use certification is a short paragraph rather than a form to work through.
Why does it have to be on my letterhead?
Because it is your company's statement about your company's parts. A statement written by us would say nothing about the end user.
Do I sign one statement or one for each order?
One for each order. The parts, the quantities and the delivery address change from order to order, so the statement is issued against the order it belongs to.
What address can I put on it?
Your own premises, the ones you named when the company was verified. The shipment goes to that address and every document carries it.
Am I screened more than once?
Yes. Buyers are screened at onboarding and again every month, for as long as you are buying.
Who pays duties and clears the shipment at my end?
You do. Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's. You get the commercial invoice grouped by tariff line, the packing list, the certificates and the filing citation to make the entry with.
