How it works

Why buy through a US sourcing and fulfillment company instead of ordering from the distributors direct?

Because a mixed small lot is a different job from a single line. If you can open an account with an authorized US distributor, order what you need and receive it at your premises, do that. It is the shortest path to your parts.

We are built for the other list. Twenty part numbers, small quantities on each, more than one source, one delivery address outside the United States. Ordered piece by piece, that list becomes several parcels, several invoices and several customs entries. We buy the lines from authorized US distributors, bring them together in Los Angeles, and send one shipment against one export filing.

Order direct when the direct route is open to you

We buy from the authorized distributors ourselves. When one of them holds every line you need, at the quantity you need, and will ship it to your address, that route is shorter and cheaper for you. Take it, and come back when the next list is harder.

The route closes for ordinary reasons. A line is not offered to you at the quantity you want. The parts sit with several different sources. The delivery address turns a simple order into an export with documents attached. Those are the lists we quote.

One shipment and one customs entry

Every line on your request is bought to your order, received in Los Angeles, checked, then packed into one consignment. You get one commercial invoice, grouped by tariff line. One export filing citation goes with it.

Freight is not the whole saving. Each separate parcel is its own entry and its own paperwork at your end. One shipment gives you one file to work instead of one per parcel.

Small lots, and one contact who reads the list

A mixed list of small quantities across several families is the normal request here. A request carries four fields per line: MPN, quantity, target date and deliver-to address. Build it on the site or paste a BOM.

One US contact handles the list in English, from the first question to the tracking number. The list is also read as a whole, for fit with what you make or repair. If a line looks wrong for the job, you hear about it before you have paid for it.

Classification before the quote, provenance with the parts

Every part is classified on its orderable part number before a quote is issued. A family name is not a classification. Package variants of one base part can carry different classifications. That work happens before you see a price.

Every lot then ships with a provenance pack: distributor invoice copy with prices redacted, manufacturer or distributor certificate of conformance, date code close-up photographs, label scans, serialized tamper-evident labels, and moisture barrier bags shipped sealed as received, or resealed with fresh desiccant and a humidity indicator card inside floor life. Electronic Export Information is filed on every export. The filing citation reaches the carrier before the shipment departs.

Questions

Should I just order from an authorized distributor myself?

Yes, when you can. If an authorized source will sell you every line at the quantity you need and deliver it to your premises, take that route.

Come to us for the list that will not go that way. That list is a mixed lot from several sources, small quantities on each, going to one address abroad.

What does consolidating actually save me?

One shipment instead of several. Your lines are bought to order, received in Los Angeles, checked and packed together, then exported as one consignment with one commercial invoice grouped by tariff line.

You also get one quote instead of an inquiry per source. One set of documents arrives instead of a set per parcel.

How are the parts bought?

To order. We buy your lines from authorized US distributors once the order is confirmed and funds have cleared. Lead time follows the distributor's stock position and is stated on the quote.

How small a lot will you quote?

Send the quantity you actually need on each line. Small quantities across several families are the ordinary shape of a request here.

A cost-plus quote, or the questions we need answered first, comes back within two working days.

Where do you ship?

United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United States.

What do you need from me to start?

Four fields per line: MPN, quantity, target date and deliver-to address. Paste a BOM or build the request on the site.

Before a quote we verify the company. That means the registered name and registration, owners and parents, your website, what you make or repair, and the premises the parts will be delivered to.
