What separates them
B300 is the Blackwell Ultra part: more HBM3e per GPU than B200 at the same bandwidth, with a higher power envelope, and it pairs with ConnectX-8 rather than ConnectX-7. B200 is the Blackwell part at the lower price, and it pairs with the ConnectX-7 generation most installed fabrics already run. H200 is the Hopper part with 141 GB of HBM3e, the choice when the software stack, the chassis and the fabric are already Hopper.

Which one is the lower cost per gigabyte of HBM?
Divide the tier price on the product page by the memory figure in the table. The comparison is on the published figures, and the product pages carry the current tiers.
Do they fit the same baseboard?
No. Each module belongs to its own HGX baseboard: HGX H200 for the H200 SXM, HGX B200 for the B200 SXM, HGX B300 for the B300 SXM. The system pages list the standard chassis for each.
Which interconnect do I order with each?
H200 and B200 pair with ConnectX-7 400G adapters; B300 pairs with ConnectX-8. The LinkX cables and transceivers on the interconnect page list which adapters they serve.
Can I order fewer than 20 of one module?
Modules are sold from 20 units, and online checkout starts at a cart total of $1,000,000. Smaller quantities are quoted by email.
