Pick the module, the system or the rack
Accelerator modules (H100 SXM5, H200 SXM, H200 NVL, B200 SXM, B300 SXM, and the AMD and Intel alternatives) carry published prices in three quantity tiers from 20 units. HGX and DGX systems and GB200 and GB300 NVL72 racks are chosen by standard configuration with a notes field for the rest, at an estimated range confirmed to configuration before invoicing. Interconnect, power and cooling parts add to the same cart at list prices.

Checkout collects the company, the contact, the ship-to address, the headquarters country of your company and of its ultimate parent, and an optional PO number. Online checkout starts at a cart total of $1,000,000. You receive an order number on submission.
Receive the invoice and pay by bank transfer
Priced items are invoiced at checkout, and the invoice arrives by email with wire and ACH instructions. Include the invoice number in your wire reference or ACH memo. Invoices are due five business days from issue. Quoted items are confirmed to configuration and invoiced after the check, typically within 48 hours.

Before shipment
A signed end-use and end-user statement, on the form we provide after order, is required before shipment. Payment is never contingent on this form; shipment is. Gatewell handles all US export compliance, and the checkout tells you before you submit when your destination requires a US export license.
Delivery
Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to the address provided, with the serial list and provenance documents. You may inspect on delivery, and a unit that fails on arrival is replaced or refunded when reported within ten business days.
Questions
Can a company outside the United States order?
Yes. The checkout takes any ship-to country the export desk can serve. Some destinations require a US export license, and the checkout says so before you submit; where a license is needed we prepare the application after payment, nothing ships before it issues, and a denied license means a full refund.
Do I need to be an NVIDIA partner or a reseller?
No. Orders come from named end users, from integrators and from resellers who name their customers. Every buyer completes the same end-use statement before shipment.
Can I order a mix of NVIDIA, AMD and Intel modules?
Yes. Any mix of modules and accessories goes on one cart, one order number and one invoice, and each module line keeps its own quantity tier.
How are the units verified?
Every supplier is vetted before a purchase order is placed. Every unit is inspected before it ships. Serial numbers are recorded and validated against the maker's records where the maker offers validation, and provenance documentation travels with every lot.
