How ordering works
For buyers who know what they need and want a price, a date and a paper trail.
Modules and accessories go through the cart
Accelerator modules carry three published price tiers by quantity, 20 to 49 units, 50 to 74 units and 75 to 99 units, and every module is sold in lots of 20 or more. Above 99 units, contact us for volume availability. Accessories carry one list price and any quantity. Online checkout starts at a cart total of $1,000,000, and a cart needs at least one accelerator module, system or rack to check out.
Systems and racks are confirmed to configuration
HGX and DGX systems and GB200 and GB300 NVL72 racks add to the same cart. Each page offers standard configurations by maker part number, a notes field for what you already know, and an estimated range. Systems are ordered from five units and racks from one. The cart shows them under "Quoted", and the checkout counts them at the top of their range toward the $1,000,000 minimum. After checkout we confirm the configuration, typically within 48 hours, and invoice at the posted range.
Checkout and your invoice
Checkout collects the company, the contact, the ship-to address, the headquarters country of your company and of its ultimate parent, and an optional PO number. On submission you receive an order number, and your invoice for the priced items follows by email with wire and ACH instructions. A cart of quoted items only is submitted for configuration confirmation, and its invoice follows the check. Include the invoice number in your wire reference or ACH memo. Invoices are due five business days from issue.
Deposits on larger orders
Orders up to $2,500,000 are paid in full at order. Above that, the deposit at order is 100 percent of the first $2,500,000, plus 50 percent of the next $2,500,000, plus 25 percent of the next $5,000,000, and the balance is invoiced before shipment. Orders above $10,000,000 are arranged by contact.
Availability confirmation and the refund
Availability confirmed within 10 business days of payment, or your full refund issued by method of payment within 5 business days. Once confirmed, your order ships within 3 to 8 weeks of confirmed order.
Before shipment
A signed end-use and end-user statement, on the form we provide after order, is required before shipment. Payment is never contingent on this form; shipment is. Some destinations require a US export license. The checkout says so before you submit. Where a license is needed we prepare the application after payment, nothing ships before it issues, and a denied license means a full refund.
Delivery, inspection and taxes
Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to the address provided. You may inspect on delivery, and a unit that fails on arrival is replaced or refunded when reported within ten business days. California sales tax is collected on orders delivered within California. Buyers holding a valid California resale certificate may provide it at order to apply the resale exemption. Prices exclude import duties, VAT, and taxes at destination. For international deliveries, these are collected by the carrier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) upon delivery.
Questions
Can I mix modules from different makers in one order?
Yes. NVIDIA, AMD and Intel modules and any accessories go on one cart and one invoice, and each module line keeps its own quantity tier.
Can I add a system to a cart of modules?
Yes. One order number covers both. The modules are invoiced at checkout; the system is confirmed to configuration and invoiced after the check, on its own availability and refund clock.
Who pays the bank charges on a wire?
The buyer pays its own bank's charges. The amount that lands must equal the invoice amount.
