Each line carries four fields: the part number, the quantity, the target date and the deliver-to address. Build the list on the request page or paste it as a bill of materials. A cost-plus quote, or the questions we need answered first, comes back within two working days.

A cost-plus quote built line by line from distributor cost, inbound freight, outbound freight, cargo insurance and any duties or fees we pay, plus the margin. The proforma invoice groups the lines by tariff line, and the payer is the buyer entity.

Every part is classified on its orderable part number before a quote is issued. A family name is not a classification. Package variants of one base part can carry different classifications.

Parts are sourced to order from authorized US distributors and quoted line by line. Lead time follows the distributor's stock position and is stated on the quote.

A new buyer prepays the first order in full. After the first order the deposit covers landed cost and the balance falls due on delivery confirmation. Payment is by international wire from the buyer's own account. Wire and card accepted; other arrangements by written agreement. The quote and deposit page states the sequence.

Electronic Export Information is filed on every export, with the filing citation to the carrier before departure, and tracking and documents go to the buyer the day the shipment moves. An end-user statement on buyer letterhead accompanies every order. The end-user statement page states what it contains.

Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's. We supply the commercial invoice grouped by tariff line, the packing list, the certificates and the export filing citation.

A distributor invoice copy with prices redacted, a manufacturer or distributor certificate of conformance, date code close-up photographs, label scans, serialized tamper-evident labels, and moisture barrier bags shipped sealed as received or resealed with fresh desiccant and a humidity indicator card inside floor life. The registered company name and registration, owners and parents, the website, what the company makes or repairs, the deliver-to premises, an end-user and deliver-to statement on letterhead for each order, a short end-use certification, two references, and payment from the buyer's own account in the buyer's country.

Buyers are screened against the Consolidated Screening List at onboarding and again every month.

When a line requires a US export license, we file for it and quote it subject to approval. Ask us.

No maker on the line card, the systems page or the catalog is headquartered in or owned from the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau included, or from Russia, Iran or North Korea. The check is made on the maker's ultimate parent, not on the brand's registered address. The NDAA page states the rule, the makers it excludes by name and the paperwork.
